FEANTSA statements related to the OMC can be found on the following webpage. Reports produced in 2007 will also be posted on this webpage. The OMC is the mechanism used to coordinate national social inclusion policies in the framework of the EU strategy on social protection and social inclusion through cooperation between the European Commission, national social affairs administrations, and other European stakeholders. FEANTSA is one of the main European stakeholders in this OMC framework, and provides regular feedback on the functioning of the process.

[01/2006]  European Observatory on Homelessness (FEANTSA)
For more FEANTSA European Reports prepared by the researchers of the European Observatory on Homelessness, see here The EU identified the lack of knowledge on homelessness as one of the principal reasons for the lack of concrete policy measures. The FEANTSA European Observatory on Homelessness will continue to contribute to a better understanding of homelessness through its annual research on homelessness (profile, services, role of the state, statistics, policies).

[11/2006]  FEANTSA European reports monitoring national trends on homelessness
For all European reports based on feedback from FEANTSA homeless service providers from 2003 to 2006 (shadow peer reviews, European report on the JIMs, European Reports on the NAPs,etc), see here. Reports produced in 2007 will also be posted on this webpage.

[06/2006]  FEANTSA Shadow Peer Reviews
For all information on FEANTSA Shadow peer reviews, please see here. Every year, the European Commission together with the EU Member States organise a series of peer reviews on specific national or local policies in the area of social inclusion. When the policies examined are related to homelessness, FEANTSA conducts a "shadow" peer review amongst its members in order to offer a service provider perspective to the debate.
