Participation

The term “participation” is intended to denote full inclusion in decision-making processes. In relation to homelessness, participation can be defined as the effective involvement of people experiencing homelessness in service provision as well as in decision making processes affecting these services.

Established in 2006, the FEANTSA Participation Working Group aims to collect and further develop the expertise of FEANTSA in the area of service user participation. What is more, the group looks at better integrating the perspectives of service users in FEANTSA’s work in general.
